  6. Bob:

I have made a major discovery with respect to Climate Change which needs to be published, and I was thinking of submitting to your site as a Guest Post.

However, you state “…….and becomes the property of US issues.

What does this mean with respect to my intellectual effort? Am I ceding ownership to you? If so, this is totally unacceptable!.

(A Copyright request has already been filed).

I can submit it with all rights reserved, if that is acceptable to you, and you can decide whether to publish, or not.

Please let me know so that I can seek another venue, if necessary..

    Thank you.

    • Hi Burl,

No, I’m not expecting to take your ideas. I just want to protect myself from a claim that I published your work unlawfully.

Your ideas are yours, and I respect that. But, recognize that, if I think your ideas are important, I may resubmit your article, with full credit to you, to another site such as http://www.WattsUpWithThat.com (which you might want to contact directly).
